 Susan
Hopper has been with CIA team for over 7
years. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) with over 30 years of
nursing experience in a wide verity of settings. Her clinical
background includes critical care, emergency department, oncology
research, home health, managed care, quality management and utilization
review. Susan has spent the last 9 years focusing on occupational
injury claims.

facilitate claim resolution

the specific needs of the client.
